Wow! I can't believe it's been a year since we purchased our first house! (Ok so I'm a day early, it was actually Dec 20, but who cares, Im excited!)
I'm so blessed and happy to be able to be a homeowner!
I highly recommend anybody who is on the fence about becoming a homeowner to go ahead and do it! The benefits to being a home owner significantly outweighs the benefits being a renter! (especially in a time like this when homes are selling for rock bottom prices)

I absolutely love this beautiful view! It's so peaceful and a great sight to wake up to in the morning. Year-Round people fish in the lake. I may get adventurous one day and go fishing.. but for now I'm OK with just watching from the deck. :)

DeleteThis is a great time to be a buyer, especially in the Greater Atlanta area. Homes are selling for 50% less of what they were selling for a few years ago. One more thing if your mom needs a place to live I would appreciate a room with the lake view. LOL.
