Welcome to my Entryway!

Well I finally got a room (space) completed...My Entryway! Ok Ok I know it's not technically a "room" but who cares! I'm glad to have something actually completed in the house.  So here's the entryway:

This space was a little bit of challenge for me because it is so small and narrow.

There isn't much room for anything without impeding the walking space. I was able to save space by using a wall mounted coat rack and a stool instead of a bench. I also used shelf as a table by making it the standard height of a entryway table and adding wall brackets to give it a "table-like" look. (there was no way a table was fitting into this space!)

Take a look at the space before and after:

It was important to me for this space to be functional as well as simple, cute and inexpensive and I think I was able to accomplish that.

I hope you like the Entryway space as much as I do! ..and hopefully I provided you with some ideas on what you can do with a small and narrow entryway space!

This space was inexpensively put together through DIY projects, Thrift Shopping, and Clearance Shelves!

Here's a list of everything in the space:

Coat Rack: Hobby Lobby $7.00
{Painted} Stool: $15.00
Wicker Basket: Ikea $10.00
Shelf w/ brackets: Lowes $10.00
Thrifted Mirror: Goodwill $8:00
{DIY} Vase: FREE
Picture Frame: ALREADY OWNED
Candle: Hobby Lobby $3.00
Faux Flowers: Hobby Lobby $2.00

Grand Total: $65.00

Until next time!
